Socks was recently returned to AFG. He would do best in a home with another dog(s) and without kids that are smaller than him. Socks retired to AFG after 99 races! He also has a huge and adorable overbite! Could Socks be the hound for you??
Socks is a big, sweet, loveable goofball. If you are looking for a laid-back buddy to hang out with, Socks is your guy. He would love to have another dog to spend time with, he’s great with other dogs. He’s very sensitive and doesn’t tolerate being grabbed or pulled on so he needs to be in a home with no small children. Socks loves to take his toys and pile them all in his bed, and he’ll collect other items and add them to his stash (like foster mom’s shoes lol) but he does not destroy things, just collects them. He has some very goofy, endearing traits, like refusing to turn around to go out a doorway, instead choosing to very carefully back up through the door. Socks is a very relaxed, chill guy. He walks very well on a leash, and asks to go potty when he needs out. He crates very well and willingly, but would do fine being left in the home out of the crate as well. He stays off the counters and has not attempted to get on the furniture. Socks would love to be your new forever friend.
