Bob just retired to AFG after 120 races and after graduating from The Greyhound Inmate Experience! Bob has recently been returned to AFG through no fault of his own. Could this older distinguished gentleman be the one for you?
Bob is a sweet, older gentleman. If you like tall, dark and handsome boys, he might be for you. Don’t let bobs age and gray face fool you, he is extremely strong and very playful. He loves chasing balls, playing fetch, chewing benebones and squeaking toys. He loves people, and will lean into you for pets and scritches. Bob would love to be your one and only best friend forever.
Bob has an extremely high prey drive and does not like other dogs in his space. Bob is not cat safe or dog safe and MUST be the only dog in the home. Bob is extremely strong, and a big boy. Bob has back pain from a compressed vertebrae that can not be fixed but is well managed by keeping his weight down and pain killers as needed. It doesn’t affect his day to day.
Bob knows basic commands, asks to go outside, isn’t destructive, and is crate trained. He loves coconut oil, sardines, duck eggs, pumpkin, blueberries and other healthy additives in his food. He is a very good eater.
