Elsa is a bubbly, sweet girl with an outgoing personality. She loves to play! She also loves a neck rub. She knows sit, down, play dead, pray and shake. She is good with other dogs, but is not afraid to tell them when she’s had enough. She never attempts to get up on the furniture, and is quite content on the big, cozy dog bed near foster moms bed. Elsa is a sweet girl with a sparkling personality!
