Penelope has recently been returned to the group through no fault of her own. We have discovered that she is going to need a family that is home most of the day and another dog to make her feel comfortable. Penelope just retried to AFG after 88 races and after graduating from The Greyhound Inmate Experience!
Penelope is incredibly sweet and loving and adorable. She loves her toys and chewing antlers and bones. She often makes us laugh with her silly antics. She does need a home with other dog(s) to play with and to be crated near her. She will do best with a family who has someone home most of the time. While I work from home she comes regularly for loving or lays on the bed at my feet. She does well with our busy house and is great fun to have around.
