Christian is a young shy lad that has skipped the silk and retired to AFG with no races to his credit. He will need a patient family that will work with a shy hound to develop into the awesome boy we know he is. Not only is Christian a shy boy, but he was totally not a fan of having his pictures taken outside in the cold…can you blame him? 🙂 We will have some more cuter photos of him to post soon Could you be the family for Christian?
***Christian did test positive for Ehrlichia. Ehrlichia is a tick borne disease. Christian’s follow up tests resulted in normal results so he currently requires no additional treatment. He should test negative on his future tests if kept on adequate tick prevention.***
Christian is just the sweetest boy. He loves to cuddle and get ear rubs. He is a bit shy, but warms up really fast. He would do great with another animal, as he is often caught licking their faces and getting in their beds with them. I would suggest another animal that is completely fine with this as I am constantly explaining to him that they don’t share their beds. Christian is quiet for his age, but is very fun and goofy. He likes to play and tries his hardest to get the cat and chihuahua to engage. He is always happy to see you will make a great family pet.
