Wilbur just retired to AFG after 70 races. He’s a new retiree we are still learning about. Could Wilbur be the hound for you?
Wilbur is a sweet kind of low energy guy. Just wants to be with you. Gets along well with the house cat and the neighbors puggle. He is picking up on new things everyday. Wilbur is working on not jumping and pushing with paw to get attention so may need some correction with smaller children. Wilbur is not a big zoomie pup yet, he has done a few when no other dogs in the backyard but not much if the others are there even if they are zooming. Seems to be a bit sensitive with his front legs. I am able to brush his teeth and trim his toenails (correctable) and have used the dremel on his toenails with no problem. Walks well on a loose leash other than bumping into you a lot – working on this.
