Buddy has come into retirement with no races to his credit. He is still new to us here at AFG and we are getting to know him better. Could this racing school drop out be the one for you?
Buddy is a sweet and bouncy boy! He loves his treats and his toys. He’s always rearranging them from room to room in the house and finding his favorite ones for the day.
He loves to play outside with the other greyhound in the house and he lets out his full rowdy puppy side when he goes out to play! This can sometimes overwhelm his foster sister, but if the other dog is of a similar rough-and-tumble mind, I’m sure they’d get along well 😀
He also likes to play run and jump with his foster mom, bouncing in the air and nibbling at arms or hands as he plays. He’s generally a very mouthy boy and likes to play-nibble on his people.
He has a good appetite and loves to work for his treats (his favorite tricks right now are sit and lay down, but is food motivated and happy to learn!).
Buddy prefers to sleep in the same room as his foster mom overnight and likes pets and attention, but he isn’t overly velcro and during the day will often choose to sleep in a different room of the house and have his own space.
