King has stalked into retirement with no races credit. He is still new to us here at AFG and we are getting to know him better. King is on the reserved side, but he lying in wait for the perfect family to call his own. Is that you?
Are you interested in finding a sweet velco boy to add to your pack? King is a little tentative at first, but is a lot of fun to watch as he gets more comfortable and blossoms. He is easy to care for. No problems eating or going potty on the leash. He walks well on the leash, only pulls if something scares him. King does not hide all day, but instead follows me around up and down the stairs. He just discovered good food comes from the kitchen. 🙂
He likes treats, and can be easily trained after the initial shyness is over. We feel that King would benefit from another dog in the home. King needs another dog in the home to help build up his confidence and show him the ropes. He does well with the noise my family makes with 3 tweens, but not sure how he would do with younger children, there would be an adjustment period. King does not need a fenced in yard, he does just fine on a walk a day.
