Wildfire has found herself in retirement after 7 races at Palm Beach. She is still new to us here at AFG and we are getting to know her better. Could this shy girl be the one for you?
Wildfire is a sweet spunky girl once you get to know her, but often starts relationships very shy and skittish. She needs time to open up and fully show her personality (which can be both sweet and mischievous).
She loves toys, especially her bone and other chewing toys which she will chew day and night if allowed. She also enjoys running and playing in the yard with her foster-hound siblings.
After playing out in the yard she wants nothing more than to come inside and get some well-earned affection and cuddles (and maybe a treat or two).
She does best when she has a second hound around to gain confidence from and will share personal space but on her own conditions. She also lives with two cats in her foster home, who she does well with but still needs some supervision and guidance.
Wildfire will need a family ready to help her face her fears and gain confidence in life.
