Dottie just retired to AFG after only 7 races. Dottie is a very shy girl who is going to need a patient home with another dog to show her the way of retirement life. She is a new addition we are still learning about. Could Dottie be the hound for you??
Dottie will be 2 in August but she does not have the puppy energy. When I brought Dottie home she was very stubborn about doing things. I figured out if you touched her collar she would stand “firm”. I could attach a leash and she was more willing to move. This stubborn phase is very far and few. Dottie is reserved but if she is given the time she will make a wonderful pet. She will be a Velcro dog when you come home. She wants to be with you so she doesn’t miss any chance to get petted. She is learning to play with toys and will play bow at you wanting to play.
