Kelvin is an enthusiastic boy! He has happiness in him that he carries through everything he does.
Do you enjoy walks? Great! Kelvin loves going on walks! (And does a very nice job of walking in line with you, not pulling ahead).
Do you have toys? Awesome! Kelvin is a toy motivated boy, bones, stuffies, whatever it is, he’s into it 🙂
Do you love cuddles? That’s perfect because Kelvin would love nothing more than to stand and lean on you, resting his head in your lap or in the crook of your arm for hours on end while you give him hugs and kisses.
Of the three greys in the house, Kelvin is the one who can always be found walking next to his foster mom’s side, bumping her hand (as a tall boy, his head is at the perfect height to pet without having to reach or bend over), bouncing, and making sure not to miss any of the action (or the pets).
Kelvin currently lives with two greyhounds who he enjoys racing around the backyard, and two cats who he’s still adjusting to living with and learning that he can’t play with them as he plays with dogs, but he’s making progress!
I often compare him to a toddler (even though he’s four now) he still is full of that bouncy carefree energy, and then crashes and just wants to be smushed, kissed and cuddled.
Kelvin would probably enjoy a little more active home, to keep him busy and help channel his energy, and of course, a doggy sibling is always a plus.
