Hawaii has recently retired with 11 out of the box races.  Hawaii was returned through no fault of his own.  He just hasn’t found the right home yet.

Hawaii is a happy, chill dude. He’s a big, outgoing dog who is friendly and confident but doesn’t need to be active all of the time. He loves everyone he meets and is good with all of the other animals. He is a goofy boy who is not the most graceful but loves everything, including pets, toys, and playing with the other dogs. He is especially fond of butt scritches.

Hawaii is pretty calm but isn’t the biggest fan of the kennel. He is fine sleeping in it at night but has chewed up bedding if left in it throughout the day. He doesn’t whine or bark in it- just isn’t the biggest fan. He is very well-behaved outside of that and corrects extremely well. He ignores our cats completely and will come up to get attention but doesn’t need to be around you all of the time. He does have a tendency to get excitable with things he loves, but calms down relatively quickly.

If you’re looking for a friendly, outgoing big boy, Hawaii might be a good fit!
