Kassidy just retired to AFG after 42 races! She’s a new retiree we are still learning about. Could Kassidy be the hound for you??
Kassidy went from racing to the kennel and now is loving the comforts of being in a home. She lounges on her dog bed, runs laps in the back yard with her foster sister, and pulls out ALL of the toys from the toy basket everyday! She enjoys chew toys, like nylabones, and squeaker toys. She also cuddles her stuffed animals when she sleeps. She would do great as a single dog or with other furry siblings. Kassidy has woken up in a defensive panic a couple of times from a deep sleep or bad dreams, but once you call her name she comes right back to reality. We have tested her reactions by making loud noises and shaking her while she is sleeping and neither seem to bother her a bit, so it’s probably just bad dreams. Kassidy is very social and greets everyone she meets. She likes to love on all of the kids in the neighborhood when she goes on walks! She is not very food driven at all, but is very affection driven! She would do anything for a belly rub. Who ever she ends up with will be lucky to have her!
