Yahtzee was just returned to AFG through no fault of his own. We will post more about Yahtzee as we learn about him! Could Yahtzee be the hound for you?
Yahtzee is a reserved shy pup that is learning to come out of his shell. He loves his kennel and has no issue being in it, but we have been working on his social skills and now he only needs it while we are at work and he loves to sleep in it at night. He loves a great dog bed in the living room along with neck and butt scratches. Yahtzee has no issues with small dogs, cats, or children. He’s even learning about chickens! He’s easily correctable with a firm “leave it” or “NO”. He loves to give kisses and hopes for a treat in return. He really has taken a liking to marshmallows. Yahtzee goes for walks daily and has no issues on a lead. No issues with furniture, counter tops, or trash. He is skiddish around the kitchen area which he has made great progress in. Yahtzee is a wonderful dog who would do great with another dog or with someone who has time to dedicate to helping him come out of his shell and someone who loves treats and naps as much as he does!
