Neil is the perfect dog! Neil is the happiest guy ever and has a helicopter tail that never stops moving! He can’t get enough snuggles. He knows a few commands and doesn’t mind showing them off. Neil is a bit timid in new situations though and seems a bit unsure of children and strangers (at first).
