Clare has retired after 33 show stopping races. She is still new to us here at AFG and we are getting to know her better. Could this brindle beauty be the one for you?
Clare is a very sweet girl! She was a bit timid at first but has really come out of her shell. She’s naturally curious and enjoys knowing what everyone is up to (humans, cats, dogs, you name it). She’s settled in quickly to her foster home and enjoys having people around her constantly. She does get upset when she is crated and doesn’t know where anyone is.
Clare gets along really well with the other greyhound in her foster home and has learned a lot about living in a house from that. She walks really well on a leash and has no problem with us cleaning her feet off when she comes inside.
If you’re willing to give her lots of love, Clare has plenty to give in return. She loves attention and always has a smile when she’s happy.
