Galena is a young unregistered pup who wasn’t cut out for the racing world. She’s still learning what home life is all about and is looking for family to help her learn what retired life is all about. She’s a new addition we are still learning about. Galena hitched a ride to Michigan with some AFG adopters November of 2019 after spending some time hanging out with her fellow greyhound friends on a farm in Iowa. She rode wonderfully in the car, but is currently uncertain about what all this “city living” is about. She still has a lot to learn and will need a family that is very patient, dog behavior savvy and willing to give her the time she needs to figure things out. Could you be that family to show Galena the ways of happy home life?
