This sweet boy might be quiet, but he’s not shy at all! Aaron loves meeting new people, and is excellent with children. He’s even made pretty good friends with a cat! He’s a little reluctant to get in the car, but once you’re there he’s ready for an adventure. He loves cuddles and attention, and will nose his way into other pets’ cuddle time, and even human hugs.
His real vice is food: he’s still working on corrections, as he’s boisterously curious when anyone has a plate in-hand. However, his desire for treats has been a boon in training him with simple tasks and getting him to open up.
Aaron is still learning about toys. He’s very fond of food puzzle toys, chewing toys, and prefers the crinkle over the squeakers. He’ll sit with a lick mat for hours, long after all the food is gone.
Aaron participated in 144 races, but now, he’s mostly ready to retire. His foster sister will try and get him to race, and he’ll run for a little while, but he’s done pretty quickly; “Why be outside when I could be inside where the food and snuggles are?”
